By entering into the picture and becoming a part of it, Jeannette's gesture of sweeping the porch denoted that the cabin symbolized her own tabernacle of residence. She herself must keep it clean if she wants to keep her place in the Sun/Son. For the Bible indicates there is a danger of losing our sanctification, even salvation, if we are not vigilant. The book of Jude infers this when it says that some people become twice dead.
Are these a foretaste of the Ephesian church that Jesus said had left their first love? Jesus advised the Ephesus church [Revelation 2:4] to repent, return, and do their first works or their candlestick would be put out. Was it? I submit that the Ephesus church was eventually abandoned and lost her former glory. Sanctification means setting apart something or someone for God's sole use. The Old Testament teaches that the vessels of God could never be used for any other purpose except God's. Paul teaches in the New Testament that we have been chosen in Jesus to be holy and without blame before Him to the praise of His glory [Ephesians 1:4,12]. Can we be holy and praise God with worldly trappings? Consorting with the world has been noted by Apostle James as committing adultery. Hence, worldliness precludes sanctification. This sounds harsh to the ears of believers today because of the grace factor, but that is the very reason the Apocalyptic judgments have commenced. God is longsuffering but His patience is running out, which is why the turbulent Tidal Wave vision is so exhilarating to those of us who keep our sanctified cabins clean and spotless. Being holy, we have nothing to fear and are exuberantly excited about seeing Jesus in similitude to the people in the surf whose happy faces thrilled Jeannette. Having understood that the longsuffering of God is for the purpose
of birthing our unborn brethren, we Philadelphians will escape the
tribulation
[Revelation
3:10] because we have kept the Word of God's patience by staying
pure as harvesting continues. Since many of God's prophets are forecasting
that
time is out and rapture is about to happen, should you hike up to
the
cabin and sun-bathe in the fires of the Son? |
Jeannette saw a multitude of people climbing the mountain to make themselves ready for rapture. This is gratifying since it shows us that the Lord has indeed '7,000' – surely more than that today – who are not bowing the knee to Baal [1 Kings 19:18; Romans 11:4]. Sometimes we get the notion that we are the only ones walking with God as Elijah did simply because he could not see beyond his nose from a timeless hypersphere perspective. But even if you and I were the only ones, it behooves us to sanctify ourselves from the world because the vision's Tidal Wave is swelling and drawing away from a shaking earth signifying an evermore looming rapture. The cabin being secluded in a mountain top means that sanctification is a personal process, uncoerced yet demanding response to a call, and it begins in a place that excludes other things. Paul, James, and John all condemned worldliness as compromising holiness towards God. They paint it as our dead flesh (our physical senses) warring against our quickened spirit. It is no less abhorrent to God now as it was when the first century pioneers of the gospel were taught the things that displease God. The disciple whom Jesus loved strongly berated it.

Interpretation of the Tidal Wave has been ongoing throughout that of the Cabin in the Sun because their messages are interwoven. What happens after one is consumed in the purging fires of the cross is depicted in the Tidal Wave, for the Wave's reason d'etre is requisite to the hidden climax of the Cabin's connotation. Crucifying the flesh readies one for participation in the most glorious event of the ages – the wedding of God's Son. Because it is so important and so close, God deemed it necessary to send a last minute note to His people through these visions to get ready because Jesus is coming. As noted, the Tidal Wave vision reveals the outcome of the purging process within the cabin. Choosing to repent and get right with God is why those persons riding the wave were joyfully happy singing loud praises to the Lord that people at the bottom of the wave could not understand. It is truly an euphoric experience to be thoroughly cleansed for the Master's use. Try it. I guarantee you will like it. The essential message of the four horsemen of the Apocalypse is that we have past the point of no return. The release of the pale horse signifies this. There is no mistaking that the spooky horse witnessed on global media was the fourth one because of its chlorotic yellowish-green color significant of insipient death. Since the next seal bespeaks of multitudes of people who are slain for their testimony that Jesus alone is Lord, reason adduces that the rapture follows closely after the fourth horses' release. How so? Because the Bride will not be among those beheaded for their testimony. |

The Holy Spirit is the one selecting Jesus' Bride. He is the person prodding people to make themselves holy in order to make the wedding supper of the Lamb. And He is selecting the Bride from among the true church – those who have consecrated themselves to holiness and who are living a godly life away from the frills and thrills of the world. These believers are radical followers of Christ as seen by them giving themselves over to drastic and fundamental change in their life styles. They have chosen to ignore the scorning of contemptuous men on the shores of America who are watching as the rapture gains momentum and who disdain their radiant and glorious countenances as they are transfigured while imbibing the waters of the Word of God. These men in the vision are reminders of religious men in Jesus' day who scoffed at His proclamation that judgment was coming to them, for the attire they were wearing designates religiosity. They did not believe the truth given to them by Jesus, and religious people today ridicule and sneer at people who try to live godly by dressing appropriately for a holy person or by refusing to compromise Christian distinctives. They even make snide remarks about people preparing for rapture. Not believing in the momentous coming of the Lord, religious people decry believers who separate from the crowd because they elect not to compromise their value systems through merging intellectual creeds and dogma.

We have noted that the pale horse's cunning and nefarious ways has been demonstrated in a short three months time after debuting upon the world's scene through MSNBC's cameramen. His appearance proclaims his official position as the head of the institution of Death which he shares with his associate horse and rider named 'Hell' who follows close behind gathering up the victims of Death's tumultuous ride [Revelation 6:8]. According to the account in John's Apocalypse, they have a lot of scavenging work to do in killing a fourth of the world's population through the sword, hunger, pestilence, and wild beasts. Throughout Scripture, God repeatedly uses the sword, famine, and pestilence as His most acute disciplinary measures to get the attention of disobedient people. Wisdom decided that releasing this phantom horse during the Egyptian rioting amidst a gory, grisly, gruesome backdrop of dead bodies and blood strewn all over the streets of Cairo would emphasize the terror that this horse would bring to the nations of the world. Has the world paid attention? Three months hence and looking at headlines, I think not. More importantly, has the church paid attention to the released horses and their riders? Let me answer that with a question. How many ongoing revivals do you see happening as a result of the huge disastrous devastations that have plied the nations? A few countries have had some revival, but the problem is that God's people do not stay the course. Too many persons recycle indicating that they have not had a true heart repentance. The flaming cross is the yardstick by which all humanity will be judged. You can jump into its purging fire now or later. Whoever jumps into it now, willingly, can become purified for the wedding of Jesus. To wait means that purification will be done at the judgment seat of Christ. We can be our own judge now if we want, for Paul says ...if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged [1 Corinthians 11:31]. Do it now yourself and you will not have any ashes to cry over in heaven.
So we see that the two visions have been a call for the righteous to forego the pleasures and enjoyments of this world in order to make oneself ready for rapture. It is a call for repentance and a holy life. During this interlude between the fourth and fifth seals, there is time to correct for errors and immoral behavior as well as time to get to know the Lord more intimately. I implore you not to waste it. It is now apparent that God has issued a midnight call to His Son's espoused Bride through a visual apparition of the release of the pale horseman of the Apocalypse. All the horses are trumpeting that things are ready for the wedding, and people attuned to the Spirit can almost hear their hoofbeats. Because of the seriousness of the length of eternity, and because God loves people, He has been prolonging the countdown to rapture so that He can fill the bridal chambers with chaste virgins.
Disasters have caused many people to assess their eternal security for Jeannette saw a multiplication of people on the road to the cabin. In that regard, their plight has created hope for a better end than the tragedies they have experienced. Let's hope they are not too late. Join us at Whitestones in praying that God will send a powerful endtime revival that will sweep millions of lost people into His Kingdom. Let's stand in the gap for them and for God because as the parable of the wedding supper reveals, God wants lots of spectators to His Son's wedding [Matthew 22:1-14]. Give heed to the pale horse specter because sobering words close out the parable:
Chosen for what? To be a Bride. Notice that there are two groups at the supper, some are guests while others participate as part of the Bride of Christ. May you keep yourself unspotted from the world, and hopefully we will see you at the marriage supper of the Lamb – as participants and not spectators.
