The texts of the cuneiform signs were mostly economic - as much as 85%. They consist of short economic records or lists and are concerned with the commerce of that day. 14 This is very telling and informative for the interpretation of this vision. Is it coincidental that the account of God's judgment on revived sinful Babylon in the day of His fierce wrath at the end of the age consists of a list of commercial enterprises in Revelation 18? The first written accounts of idolatrous men begin with economic lists, and the last written account of men's sinful idolatrous works is an economic list!

"Chicken scratch" script pinpointed the time frame in which the bank Jeannette saw had its origin. A bank connotes the place where the rewards of commerce are deposited. In the vision it symbolizes an economic ambiance that will rule the world. Commerce had its beginning during the early years after the flood in the region of Babylonia during the time of the Tower of Babel incident prior to the dispersion of languages. When men began to assert their humanistic aptitude to build a city with towers and such, God had to interfere because the sin nature of man is such that he could destroy himself and the planet if he were allowed to pursue the limits of his creative potential. Witness the powder keg we live in today. After completing the formation of His family, God will take off the restraints by removing Jesus' bride so that men can learn about the consequences of rebellion against the warnings of a holy God written in His Word. Civilization began with men attempting to build a city for themselves without God's permission, and it will end with a resurgence of the same primary goal of building a city, a global village in which the God of the Bible is not welcome. God will take the cap off man's smoldering creative potential and allow him to self-destruct.

2 Thess 2:7-8

7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth (restrains) will let (restrain), until he be taken out of the way. [The restrainer is the Holy Spirit indwelling the church. Since the greater one lives within the church, the wrath of God cannot occur until He is taken out of the way. When He goes, the church goes. By the same token, when the church goes, He goes.]

8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
  Humanism was the root cause of God's immediate judgment after the flood upon men's internationalistic endeavors at the Tower of Babel, and humanism will be the cause of man's judgment in the second attempt at internationalism through interdependence of commerce. In addition, it has been noticed that the earliest writing had no correct order in which to read the sign.15 On occasion, the word-signs would be reversed or appear backward like you would see them in a mirror within the same inscription meaning that the direction of the strokes of the sign often faced rightward and when repeated within the same word faced leftward. 16
 

This was a significant finding for me, for it was at this point that the meaning of the letters on the stone monument made sense. I could see that the first two letters Jeannette had scripted appeared to be a backward K and a forward K in English. Throughout the search for the meaning I kept seeing the word "key" spelled "kye." The sound of long "e" and "y" in English is the same, so I kept hearing from my spirit the word "key." I thought this meant that if we understood the equivalent letter meanings in the language of its origin, we would have the key to the interpretation. The Holy Spirit informed me that understanding the fact that the writing is cuneiform and that the word-grams in early cuneiform were not uniform until later archaeological levels was "the key." I finally had a handle on the meaning of the letters in the vision.

Concluding from the information I was given that reversals of signs were not atypical, the backward K on the monument inscription in the vision became merely a handle firstly, representing the word "The" and secondly, the tail on the "cartouche" it pictured. I will explain cartouches below.

It was to complete, as well as confirm to me, that the Spirit's revelation about "The Key" [or "The Kye"] was the key to unlock the interpretation. From the beginning, I had unwittingly referred to it as "the key," and as soon as I quit trying to make the letters signify corresponding alien logograms, I had "the key," the meaning of the vision.

 

  It is important that the key was put upon a stone monument similar to ones placed beside graves in cemeteries. Early on, I noticed that Jeannette's drawing looked like a tombstone. It denotes that the bank behind the monument is a mausoleum of death, doomed to die. Jeannette said that it looked like one big marble slab without seams. Many mausoleums are built so efficiently it is hard to discern the cracks between the stones. Considering that there was only a writing stand typical of banks in the center, on the inside of the bank, I am reminded of the one piece of furniture in the center of the Pyramid of Giza in Egypt in which nothing is found, not even writing on the walls - just the one stone altar in its center. Could there be a connection? Recall that Jeannette saw nothing in the bank except the woman and the stand. Some people believe that the Great Pyramid is God's handiwork and we ought to not look upon it as a work of the devil. Granted that its measurements are exacting beyond the capacity of man' genius, satan and his demons have the knowledge to direct the building of such an edifice. Wasn't Moses given the law by angels? [Galatians 3:19; Hebrews 2:2] Several things lead me to discount the pyramid as one of God's divinely ordained structures. For one thing, it is a pyramid, all of which are tombs. God is not the custodian of death, satan is. For another, it is located in Egypt, a place that signifies in Scripture the world. "If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him" [1 John 2:15b]. In addition, Isaiah tells us that trusting in the shadow of Egypt is confusion [30:3]. But the most important fact, which tells me that it is not from God, is that the opening for its one source of light at the top is pointing to the heavenly constellation of the dragon.
 

Experts in the field of ancient writing have found that Sumerian cuneiform is consistent throughout its 3,000 (?) year history. (Secular dating differs from Biblical dating.) Regardless of the exactitude of the time frame, the finding remains that they were consistent throughout their earliest years during the Babylonian period immediately after the flood. [Keep in mind that this is not the neo-Babylonia period when the Jews were taken into captivity in 586 BC. This is the time frame of Abraham.] One Sumerian scholar reports that their writing was not to express abstract thoughts but was strictly for the purpose of "practical bookkeeping" as he put it. 17 This is important to the interpretation of this vision because having designated through the cuneiform lettering on the monument that it signified a Babylonian time frame, the aforementioned practice of "practical bookkeeping" by the ancients is indicative of the purpose of the World Bank in today's Babylonian economic system. It is the bookkeeping system of the "new world order" envisioned by the internationalists, and one day people will not be able to buy and sell without their mark whatever that is. Even today, the Federal Banks of each nation are controlled by one central bank in England, i.e., the Bank of England. Furthermore, everyone knows that the same men who are in charge of the banks control the largest stock brokerages, and they are the custodians of buying and selling investments in world commerce! It looks like the wolf is guarding the hen house.

We've come full circle and without question, commerce is the means by which George Bush's "new world order" will become established. Revelation chapter 18 foretells the revival of Babylon by describing her destruction. God's hand does this! (Pun intended.) It has no enduring future, which is why the tombstone monument was placed in front of the bank in the vision. We've passed the point of no return because economic growth and prosperity is already tied to the interdependence of the world's nations to cooperate in trade. Also, you may recall that the leaders of the new order plainly declare economic interdependence as the means of eroding nationalistic fervor. There is no turning back, or so it seems. [See Addendum.] Given that each country at the present time has dissimilar currency, there has to be a comptroller of all currencies, and that's the World Bank. This takes us to the money Jeannette saw at the table inside the bank.

 

The writing on the money, being the same type as that on the stone monument, was cuneiform only more refined. On the monument as a grave marker, it represented ancient Babylon while on the money, being new paper currency, it represented revived Babylon of the 21st century. Refinement means that the revived Babylonian system is more sophisticated than the earlier model of internationalism. There is better communication today, easier access to the world's masses and natural resources, more efficient accounting systems that use computers, and a better life style for the bank owners. The only thing this last system does not have better than the original Babylonian system is wickedness. Sin is sin and evil is evil regardless of the form it takes. It is just as dirty refined as it is crude and obscene. This is why it doesn't matter to God how elegant and majestically tasteful a culture is. God looks on the inside of men's hearts and sees how black or cleansed they are. He is not impressed with our human good. When our spirits leave this world, they will leave their bodies behind, every penny behind, every work behind, and every human accolade and monument built to their memory behind. The only thing that will count when the judgment is set and the Ancient of Days sits is what have people done with His Son Jesus. Have you received Him as your personal Savior? Or, have you discounted His substitutionary sacrifice for you as an unholy thing? Your answer will decide your eternal fate.

There seems to be no significance to the money's paper size except to denote that at the beginning of the "new world order" we will still barter with paper money. However, it is only temporary as the lady told Jeannette. In the middle of the Tribulation the King whose name will be on the monument will set himself up as god and will demand worship upon penalty of death. At that point he will probably require all banks to stop issuing money and start bartering with his mark whatever that is. The dark green color on the end of the smaller piece of money stood for the green earth and the environment. Environmental issues proffered by the Green Cross International, Green Peace, the Earth Charter, etc. will be the preeminent forces undergirding Global Sovereignty because the changeover of the rule of law will be justified for the purpose of saving the Biosphere. This is the only justification that men will accept. How can one conscientiously reject such a noble thing and especially seeing as how this planet is our home?

 

  According to Jeannette the lettering on the monument had the coloring of pearls as did the money and the vault door inside the bank. Pearls have a shimmering iridescent appearance. They give off a soft pastel rainbow quality. "Rainbow" is a catchword for the intermixture of cultures in a society living and working together. In short, it is a politically correct tag denoting ethnic groups having different skin color collaborating together in a society. There is nothing negative in this because the United States is a melting pot of myriad of ethnic groups, yet she stands for a unified whole of this mixture under governmental principles derived from the Ten Commandments of the Bible, not the ten commandments of the Earth Charter.
 

All her ethnic groups make up the one nation. The pearl color in the vision merely implies that there is a rainbow coalition of ethnic nations in the "new world order" of internationalism. Since internationalism is the supreme good of the new order, the Spirit used the color of pearls to depict its most precious ideological construct. Therefore, the coloring on the letters helps identify and confirm internationalism as the coming sovereign rule of order and the interpretation is correct.

A vault is where one stores his most precious possessions. So the vault door's coloring being of iridescent pearl, signifies that the most prized possession of the bank directors is internationalism made up of a rainbow coalition of different ethnic nations. Without their consent, world servers would have no people to rule. Therefore, it is of utmost importance for the directors of the bank to make sure that multiculturalism is indoctrinated through every medium available and especially in educational classrooms. To be authentic in the future means one has to be "integrated" and "connected" to the "new thought" of those in charge of the bank. Individuality is out, and groupthink is in. But it is the thinking of the group in charge of the bank. Those people who are not integrated to their rule of law will have to be taken someplace else, perhaps to some distant planet, to become brainwashed to the new order.
 

The shape of the upper portion of the vision's stone monument was identical to what is termed in ancient writing as a "cartouche." In ancient times the names of pharaohs or kings was typically inscribed on a stone or a monument with an oval circle enclosing it similar to what Jeanette drew. They are called name rings or royal rings because they have been found to contain only names of rulers or kings. Scholars assume that the circle stands for the sun and the person whose name is inside rules over everything upon which the sun shines. 18 Since neither she nor I knew anything at all about cartouches, it is astounding that the picture she drew matched those of ancient scribes. It is more overwhelming that the Holy Spirit, who knows everything, used the cartouche to signify that there would be a ruler of the bank in the vision and he would be the sovereign Antichrist ruling over a revived internationalist Babylonian economic and idolatrous system.
 

The only difference between what Jeannette drew and the pictograms in the book I read was that the tail in hieroglyphs had a straight line on one end but the small outward plume in Jeannette's drawing alluded to it. It did not matter which end of the oval the tail was placed by the ancients because reversals were common until alphabets were standardized. The fish symbol that Christian's display with Jesus in the center is derived from this custom. There is a fish tail on the end of the symbol reminiscent of the ancient custom of placing monarchs' names in an oval with a line on one end. Since only rulers' names have been found inscribed in cartouches, the conclusion has been drawn by ethnologists that this practice would be reserved for the supreme leaders of a country. Is not Jesus the supreme ruler of the Universe and called the King of Kings? Hence, it stands to reason He should have a symbol befitting a King, His own personalized cartouche. So the upper little handle Jeannette saw on the oval cut stone signifies that this monument in the vision is dedicated to a king. Having power over the bank behind the monument, I contend that it is the Antichrist king of the last World Empire who controls commerce by not allowing anyone to buy or sell without his mark. Since he will not be revealed until after the true church with the Holy Spirit inside is removed [2 Thessalonians 2:7,8], the Spirit did not intend for the logograms to spell out his name. He only wanted us to know that the "cartouche" symbol was "the key" to understanding the vision.
 

Money has historically reflected the values of a society. Look on any circulated coin or paperback currency of a country and you will find symbols depicting that nation's cultural ideals and moral values. For example, the U.S. has "In God We Trust" on its money, the Washington monument, our President's portraits, an eagle, the Statue of Liberty, etc. The currency Jeannette saw in the vision had a pearled appearance reflecting the rainbow coalition of nations, which signified that Global Sovereignty had replaced United States Sovereignty. The dark green ends of the paper money indicates that the Green Cross International's Earth Charter philosophy will be exchanged for ethnic pride. Protection of the Biosphere will be more important in this "new world order" than human rights. And part of the philosophy of the Earth Charter is to redefine all roles and relationships. This is in keeping with Daniel 7:25 where the Antichrist is said to think to change times and laws.

 

Enhancement and expansion of the powers of world government will radically change the economic and social mores of the American way of life and create a panoply of strange idols, which is exactly what Jeannette saw on the money. She did not recognize the pictures on the paper but felt like they were gods of some sort. The new gods to be worshipped will be things like the group itself, nature, the universe, humanism, spirituality, and any abstract imagination of the human mind. Neo-paganism is already revived and even accepted in some Christian groups. It is on the rise even though it is regressive to the human spirit. Seeking uninhibited experiences of the ecstatic in Christian renewal meetings is a form of paganism. These kinds of experiences promise direct and immediate contact with spiritual entities. In reality, this is a revival of nature religions without the drugs. But the legal use of drugs will be promoted in the "new world order" because some religions use drug potions in their religious rituals, such as the Wiccans, and we dare not discriminate against anyone 's spiritual walk except those who claim "exclusivity" to heaven's gate. Revelation 18:23 prophecies that at the end men would not repent of their sorceries. Since the Greek word for sorceries is "pharmakeus" meaning pharmacy, druggist, or magician, drug trafficking - whether legal or otherwise - will be a big idol in the coming new order.

 

Zech 5:5-11

5 Then the angel that talked with me went forth, and said unto me, Lift up now thine eyes, and see what is this that goeth forth.

6 And I said, What is it? And he said, This is an ephah that goeth forth. He said moreover, This is their resemblance through all the earth.

7 And, behold, there was lifted up a talent of lead: and this is a woman that sitteth in the midst of the ephah.

8 And he said, This is wickedness. And he cast it into the midst of the ephah; and he cast the weight of lead upon the mouth thereof.

9 Then lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came out two women, and the wind was in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork: and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven.

10 Then said I to the angel that talked with me, Whither do these bear the ephah?

11 And he said unto me, To build it an house in the land of Shinar: and it shall be established, and set there upon her own base.

 

I asked the Lord why the person in the bank was a woman. He led me to the above passage and showed me that the woman in the bank depicted the woman in the ephah. This woman's name is "wickedness." She is being taken to her home in Shinar (Babylon) where she is erected upon her own base, i.e., upon the place of her origination. She is bound up inside a basket called an "ephah" which is an ancient symbol of commerce. It is a basket about the size of a bushel today and was used to carry produce to and from the market. In an agricultural economy, the "ephah" was a well-known symbol of buying and selling. [For a detailed explanation of this passage, see Addendum 1 on this website.]

The word for "wickedness" in the Hebrew is "avon" and means rebellion. This woman who personifies wickedness also personifies rebellion. Because the vision is a revelation of the forces working throughout the world, it implies that rebellion is coming to a head and is being taken back to her original roots in Babylon at the Tower of Babel. The "ephah" is a representation of what is going on all over the world at the time of the end [verse 6]. Considering the fact that the above passage is one of several in sequence relating to the end of the age, and considering that the "ephah" basket of commerce with wickedness inside is the same all over the earth at the end of the age, what a powerful statement the woman inside the bank makes.

The two female angels representing political Babylon and religious Babylon are carrying economic Babylon back to the place where cuneiform writing began. The Tower of Babel was the first manmade temple erected after the flood, and God showed His disgust with it by not allowing it to be finished. The bank in the vision today symbolizes the ancient Babylonian temple. Now that the set time is about ready for Jesus' Kingdom to be manifested, God will permit Babylon to finish building her temple so that satan can be worshipped through the Antichrist but in a chaotic world. Instead of bringing order out of chaos - a motto of hidden masonry, which is Lucifer's religious system that will bring all religions together as one - Lucifer via the Antichrist will bring chaos out of his new order. Men may think their self-made humanistic system of a One World government will be a utopia, but they will find out otherwise. God will leave them to their own devices, and the global world of internationalism they build will self-destruct because satan is not a loving benevolent father like the God of the Bible. In the devil's fury he will fulfill ordained prophecies about coming judgment on humanity's abandonment of God. After satan's hatred toward men peaks during the 31/2 latter years of the Tribulation, God's wrath falls.

 

The woman embodying wickedness in the temple of the bank corresponds to Semiramis, the wife of Nimrod who coordinated the building of the Tower of Babel. She became the primary god of the Babylonian system because she was considered the mother of the so-called savior of the world, satan's counterfeit attempt at developing a religion that would attract the affections of men.

 

It is not possible in this paper to discuss the monolithic religious system satan has devised to support his "new world order," which religious system is being crafted in order to encompass every faith and cultic group in the world - the United Religions [UR].

No religious belief system will be excluded except the one proclaiming the exclusive way to God - the gospel of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. What an anomaly! Does this not suggest a real hidden conspiracy against true Christianity? The threat of Christianity's teaching is not against peace in this world, rather it is a warning to avoid the wrath of God in the next world.
 

Hence, the woman in the bank epitomizes the caretaker of the temple in the same way as the goddesses of ancient temples. They lived within the walls of the temples. Their paramours came to them at any hour of the day or night in order to barter and buy favors in the same manner as men today go to the banks in order to barter and buy favors. Her services were available at all times in like manner that electronic banking by way of the Internet is securing unlimited access to the world's assets. In ancient times the temples were the center of commerce. The meat market was located in temples as were restaurants. The pictures on the money looked like gods to Jeannette, and being idols, the gods represent the various commodities in the commercial world men covet and for which they go to the bank to obtain money to buy. Remember that covetousness is idolatry [Colossians 3:5], and the enormous debt structure permeating all countries and its peoples shows that man's sin nature problem is quite active. Instant gratification of desires borders on idolatry and feeds the flesh. [For a complete list of the gods of men in the last days see Revelation chapter 18.] We now have the reason Jeannette saw a woman teller inside the bank servicing patrons instead of a man.

 

This vision has been heavy on our hearts because it confirms that God is already in the process of judging America, and she is operating on inertia. As if to reconfirm this vision a couple of weeks ago the Holy Spirit stopped Jeannette in her tracks one morning in the middle of dressing for the day, overshadowed her, and said quite clearly and loudly, "I am now judging America." That was all He said. He didn't say He was going to judge America but that He was judging it now.

American national sovereignty is losing ground to the international world market forces. U.S. citizens will one day wake up and find out that "all this utopianism is...not about life, but about death...(W)ho amongst us is worthy of the prize of life that self appointed elite would bestow(?) The rest of us might stand in line hoping that we are not killed by their dream." 19 Malcolm Muggeridge, a British journalist, has rightly labeled utopianism as "the great liberal death-wish." He reports on the machinations and intrigues of high level "movers and shakers," of self-appointed forums and organizations, and cultural mores. He has aptly described how liberal people have a habit of blindly endorsing "world-changers" that would pull the rug out from under them.

Mr. Muggeridge's astute insight is applicable to Christians who want to hold hands with other religious beliefs for the sake of unity and peace without giving heed to the ultimate outcome of compromising sound doctrine. Christians are supposed to live peaceably with all men as much as is possible [Romans 12:18]. However, we are not called to "kill the hen that laid the golden egg." Hearkening to biblical principles has been the reason the United States has been a nation awesome and terrible from her beginning hitherto [Isaiah 18:2] [See the Addendum at the end of this vision]. Throwing to the wind biblical principles by which our nation became great, and replacing them with neo-paganistic ideals will be the reason the United States will be "cut off...cut down...(and)...left together...(for)...the fowls...(and)...the beasts upon the mountains" [18:5,6]. May the Lord's people "humble themselves, and pray, and seek (God's) face, and turn from their wicked ways...(so that the Lord will) hear from heaven...forgive (our) sin...and heal (our) land" [2 Chronicles 7:14].

The imminency of the burden contained within this vision has made it hard to deliver. We debated whether or not to deliver it because it is a judgment upon our beloved United States of America and our life style. But because it is a solemn duty of people with understanding to sound a warning to others, especially to lambs who have no understanding, we felt constrained to include it on the site.

Ezek 33:1-7

33:1 Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

2 Son of man, speak to the children of thy people, and say unto them, When I bring the sword upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him for their watchman:

3 If when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people;

4 Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head.

5 He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul.

6 But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand.

7 So thou, O son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me.

 

We have sounded the trumpet. How much time do we have? We have not been made privy to that. We only know that we are moving on inertia, and God alone knows when to put the brakes fully on. All we can do is report the visions and their interpretations as they are given to us. Is there hope for a reversal or a delay? We must look to the Scriptures and see.

Ezek 33:11

11 Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?

The implication from Ezekiel is that if people turn from their wickedness, they will be spared. Since the USA has been God's client nation in the Philadelphian era as Israel was when Ezekiel wrote the above Scripture, I believe there is hope. It all depends upon how the church responds to God's warnings. It is our hope and prayer that enough people will turn to the Lord and ask forgiveness for our nation, stand up and be counted as those who love the truth. It is for this reason alone that God sends strong delusion at the end. "...(B)ecause they received not the love of the truth that they might be saved...God shall send them strong delusion...that they might be damned" [2 Thessalonians 2:10-11]. It isn't easy to receive the love of the truth. It's easier to receive "smooth things" [Isaiah 30:10], things that flatter us and make us think all is well. It costs something to love the truth. Human natures prefer to hear things that build self-esteem, that tell us we are a wonderful people, and that we are going to succeed regardless of how we are living. Consequently, the only protection from deception is to love the truth. May the Lord give you insight and courage to admit that the things which you have read are the truth - not because we have spoken them as a Word from the Lord, but because they are based on the sure word of prophecy, unto which ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts" [2 Peter 1:19].

 

If it were not for the fact that lovers of the truth have read the end of the book - the Bible - this vision could be very unsettling. But, thank God, Christians know they win. I personally had mixed feelings as the Spirit gave me utterance. On the one hand, it is pervaded with an aura of death, the death of a nation and nationalism, and on the other hand, it speaks of a new beginning. The only comfort Christians have is knowing that when internationalism begins its rule of law, it will be short-lived. "...(A)nd when he (the Antichrist) cometh, he must continue a short space" [Revelation 17:10]. The pervasive gloom derived from the swirling dark tornadic activity over the White House, the tree severed from its source of life, a cemetery monument, and a mausoleum-like temple to greed. They symbolized the death of an era - the end of an age. The terror of thinking about the U.S. stripped and spoiled of her prosperity, blessings, and virility to shield freedom of speech and the "open door" is mediated for the Philadelphian Christian who knows he/she is going "to be kept from the hour of temptation (global government) that shall come upon all the world to try them that dwell upon the earth" [Revelation 3:10]. We believe that God has sent this vision to the church in America as a warning that He is already in the process of judging the United States. As watchmen upon the wall, we must warn of the danger ahead by "telling it like it is" and "letting the chips fall where they may." I like George Bush, and it pains me to have to report that he was the "point man" in America - one of his "thousand points of light" - in the changeover to global government. Nevertheless, when God has spoken, one dare not speak otherwise.

  Since the Lord Himself said "My hand did this," the broken tree can only imply that the United States is "cut off" as God's client nation and is running on inertia. The term "cut off" is used 194 times in Scripture to denote being cut off from the source of life. Since God alone is the source of life, it means that He has chosen to abandon whatever is "cut off" - usually those who abandon Him. However, there is one notable exception that proves the point that being "cut off" means severed from the life-giving source of God.
  The 53rd chapter of Isaiah tells about Jesus' first mission to earth when He came to die on a cross for the sins of the world. "...(H)e was cut off out of the land of the living, for the transgression of my people was he stricken (or abandoned)" [53:8]. Jesus had to be abandoned by His Father in order to die because He did nothing to bring on the pangs of death. Yet Jesus never abandoned the Father. That's the notable exception.

Given that "cut off" means abandoned by God, we can deduce that since God did the shearing off of the tree, the felled tree demonstrates He is displeased by America's choice to abandon Him. "Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof" [Proverbs 18:21]. The power of the tongue implies that what we say reflects our heart motivations and hence our choices [cp Deuteronomy 30:19]. By implication, choosing to follow the path of internationalism instead of following the path of our national forefathers, the United States has chosen her fate - death through abandonment by God. Distancing ourselves from economic interdependence with the international bankers of the world and reliance upon God to preserve and protect us is the only way to avoid a global government that is ruled by the moneyed elite symbolized by the bank in the vision. Without God's favor, we are in a heap of trouble, we are at the mercy of Lucifer, the devil, and that's no mercy at all. Passage of the World Trade Organization [WTO] in the early years of the 1990s has broken the protective veil of isolationism as the guardian of America's strength. No longer is she able to look to her Congress to cure her ills because she is yoked to the bondage of economic alliances and political entanglements of multinational corporations that only a World Court can arbitrate and a UN peacekeeping force can enforce.

It was suggested that the number 88 and 1821 demarcated the boundaries of the "little strength" of the Philadelphian Church of Revelation chapter 3, which is depicted by the United State's supremacy of rule in the Western Hemisphere. Fascinatingly, her sovereignty in guarding the Philadelphian "open door" began in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with the drawing up of the Constitution of the United States. The years of her reign were denoted by the numerals 88 with the first two digits of the year missing ["-88"] because the numbers stood for more than one year - 1788 and 1988. They were also prophetic of new beginnings: 1) a new beginning in 1821 for the separation of peoples under the political ideology of nationalism and secured with the Monroe Doctrine's mandate, and 2) a new beginning toward globalization of the world, toward a "new world order" with the United States' George Bush leading the march. Hear the words of a high ranking U.S. government official who is considered an expert on the UN.

"George Bush is perhaps the most prominent insider ever to have attained the position of president. In addition to belonging to the Skull and Bones, a secret society at Yale University, he has served as a Director of the Council on Foreign Relations from 1977 to 1979 and is listed by the Trilateral Commission as a 'Former Member in Public Service.'" 20

 

In addition to the above, he has served as head of the important posts of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and United States' Ambassador to the UN.

As an aside, I believe it was because of Mr. Bush's efforts to push America into the New World Order to fulfill the UN vision of the super wealthy to rule the world, that Bill Clinton defeated him given Clinton's questionable activity and behavior in Arkansas. While acting in the behalf of America George Bush has turned America's backside to God's ordained Constitution of the United States, which is based upon His moral laws as outlined in the Bible. Having renounced God's governmental design of nationalism, America was on her way to eating the fruit of her choice as per Proverbs 18:21 - death. Notice the numbers in this verse in Proverbs - 1821. Could this be a coincidence? If so, God is just full of flukes! 21 In the Old Testament era when Israel rejected God as her monarch and wanted to be like other nations having the physical presence of a king, a visible, tangible ruler. God permitted it but told them that they would rue the day they wanted a human being as their head instead of Him. In dismay God said, "Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee; for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them" [1 Samuel 8:7]. He proceeded to enumerate all the ills that would come upon them for choosing men to rule over them instead of God. It happened, and the famous King Solomon was the first one to oppress [1 Kings 12:14].

 

At the Tower of Babel in the new beginning of the postdiluvian civilization, men began to assert their human ingenuity. God had to temporarily freeze their progress in technological skill in order to save mankind and to finish forming a family that would inherit His creation and rule with Him in subjugation to His authority. He did this by scattering people and establishing nationalistic boundaries with language barriers. With the advent of the Age of Enlightenment and advancement in technology, the language walls have been tumbling down. Not only are the linguistic and physical walls being razed, but spiritual walls are also being demolished between the differing domains of religion.

Although the "open door" has been swinging all during the 19th and 20th centuries, God has been faithful in delaying internationalism's assertiveness. With its "little strength" the door has remained open. However, George Bush shut it with his "new world order" initiative. When he announced America would participate in a new order, he effectively exchanged the U.S.'s Constitution for the World's Constitution drafted by the WCPA 22 for the Federation of the Earth. The door of heavenly light was closed and Jesus is now on the outside of the Laodicean door knocking to be let in. Thankfully, it is not locked yet, but we have been riding on inertia ever since abandoning God.

In case you do not know, the WCPA was founded in 1959 in Colorado near Denver and has been working in secret ever since to build a New World Order with a constitutional foundation. Without a doubt the directors of this undertaking are the directors of the bank in the vision who control the wealth of the world. They have envisioned a world split into ten regions, which will be an interim structural arrangement for the purpose of slowly getting people accustomed to their globalistic plan. Note the similarity with biblical prophecy.

Rev 17:12-13

12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.

13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
 

In concert with the WCPA is The Club of Rome, founded in April of 1968. It began when the leaders from ten different countries were invited to meet in Rome to begin the Herculean task of regionalizing and unifying the entire world as envisioned by the WCPA. The ten-political/economic areas were initially referred to as "kingdoms" in the original documents. They were later changed to "regions" so that the public would not know the true nature of their ambitions. The organization's schemers claim to have the solutions for world peace and prosperity. Yet, their solutions always seem to promote the concept of world government at the expense of national sovereignty." 23 In time, however, these ten kings will submit to the rulership of one man, a fierce king who will greatly oppress Christians and Jews first and then the peoples of the world [Revelation 7:9,14].

Dan 7:23-25

23 ...The fourth beast shall ... be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.

24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.

25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

The world planners knew that people would not give their consent to be ruled by a handful of men who call themselves "world servers," so, a softer approach to gain control of men had to be devised. This is where the "save the planet" ideology comes in. Environmental issues have been crafted as the way they take over and rule. Gorbachev's Green Cross International's Earth Charter, et al, will be the ten commandment principles upon which the new World Constitution will be implemented in order to change times and laws. We are told they must be changed for the good of the planet.

Since the behavior of men is driven by spiritual undercurrents, it has been necessary to include a spiritual element in the mix in order to give a base upon which the New World Order will sit and to promote its acceptance. The Interfaith Movement is the vehicle bringing together all faiths under one umbrella and will one day soon show no tolerance to any faith's declaration of exclusivity to the gates of heaven. At that point the closed door will be locked. This Movement is the counterfeit bride of the Antichrist riding on his back, yet she will be devoured by him after he gains control of the reins of global government [Revelation 17] at which time he will set himself up as god and attempt to abolish all other gods. So much for tolerance!

It was proposed that the bank in the vision was a temple where the gods of materialism gathered. Buying and selling goods is the worship in this religious system. Idols of all kinds were noticed by Jeannette on the newly issued money indicating that the woman in the basket had been carried back to her temple base in Babylon as per Zechariah's prophecy. Considering that ancient Babylon in Iraq has been rebuilt and modernized with numerous high rise buildings and around a couple of million people residing there, it is possible that the headquarters of the Antichrist might turn out to be there. The only thing in this vision that speaks to that issue, however, is the refined lettering on the newly issued money. It was pointed out that refinement meant the entire Babylonian mystery has been updated by satan.

Iridescent colors on the lettering on the stone as well as the money and the bank's vault door signified the pervasive push for multicultural education. The Global Village concept has been promoted directly from the White House by Hillary Clinton and this ideology will be the means for accomplishment of global occupation by the bankers.

The cuneiform writing was "the key" to the interpretation of the vision revealing the place of origin of the bank to be ancient Babylonia. Consequently, the purpose of the bank was discovered to be a depository of the planet's economic resources, and the culmination of the devil's drive to death. The stone monument with its cartouche shape and writing was found to support this interpretation because cartouches were used as tributes to the supreme ruler of a land. Being on a tombstone-like monument suggests the inability of the endtime ruler to successfully accomplish his objective of controlling all peoples. His grandiose plot to force people to worship him and usurp Jesus' right to rule the world is too much for even satan, his sponsor, to handle.

The handwriting is presently on the wall of the White House with its message of coming judgment because of her choice to support the ten commandments of men instead of the Ten Commandments of God. We have seen how financial profitability symbolized by the bank is the overriding trend in the coming global government. Its "practical bookkeeping" system connects it with the dismantled Tower of Babel and revives humanism, where man is the measure of all things, as the New Age worldview where God is not only not wanted but also not required. The bank is the temple of the New World Order with corporate interdependence undergirding the structure and even superceding national conflicts leading to sanctions imposed by the United Nations. As someone has said, "It's the economy stupid!" The sign advertising the bank, being a tombstone marker, signified that the plans of the world changers will not work. Their desire to save the Biosphere without the help of the God of the Bible who created it, will not be successful but will eventuate in a catastrophe of colossal proportions as per the book of Revelation.

The connection between the White House and the bank has been established as a coming changeover from national sovereignty to global sovereignty. Lest the reader doubt the authenticity of this interpretation, I am presenting to you for your consideration portions of a speech given on the floor of the Senate on December 15, 1987 and found in the Congressional Records of the United States. The Senator was Jesse Helms of North Carolina, the original home of Masonry in the U.S. and himself a Mason.

This campaign against the American people - against traditional American culture and values - is systematic psychological warfare. It is orchestrated by a vast array of interests comprising not only the Eastern establishment but also the radical left. Among this group we find the Department of State, the Department of Commerce, the money center banks and multinational corporations, the media, the educational establishment, the entertainment industry, and the large tax-exempt foundations.

Mr. President, a careful examination of what is happening behind the scenes reveals that all of these interests are working in concert with the masters of the Kremlin in order to create what some refer to as a new world order. Private organizations such as the Council on Foreign Relations, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, the Trilateral Commission, the Dartmouth Conference, the Aspen Institute for Humanistic Studies, the Atlantic Institute, and the Bilderberger Group serve to disseminate and to coordinate the plans for this so-called new world order in powerful business, financial, academic, and official circles...

The psychological campaign that I am describing, as I have said, is the work of groups within the Eastern establishment, that amorphous amalgam of wealth and social connections whose power resides in its control over our financial system and over a large portion of our industrial sector. The principal instrument of this control over the American economy and money is the Federal Reserve System. The policies of the industrial sectors, primarily the multinational corporations, are influenced by the money center banks through debt financing and through the large blocks of stock controlled by the trust departments of the money center banks.

Anyone familiar with American history, and particularly American economic history, cannot fail to notice the control over the Department of State and the Central Intelligence Agency which Wall Street seems to exercise...

The influence of establishment insiders over our foreign policy has become a fact of life in our time. This pervasive influence runs contrary to the real long-term national security of our Nation. It is an influence which, if unchecked, could ultimately subvert our constitutional order.

The viewpoint of the establishment today is called globalism. Not so long ago, this viewpoint was called the "one-world" view by its critics. The phrase is no longer fashionable among sophisticates; yet, the phrase "one-world" is still apt because nothing has changed in the minds and actions of those promoting policies consistent with its fundamental tenets.

Mr. President, in the globalist point of view, nation-states and national boundaries do not count for anything. Political philosophies and political principles seem to become simply relative. Indeed, even constitutions are irrelevant to the exercise of power. Liberty and tyranny are viewed as neither necessarily good nor evil, and certainly not a component of policy.

In this point of view, the activities of international financial and industrial forces should be oriented to bringing this one-world design - with a convergence of the Soviet and American systems as its centerpiece - into being...All that matters to this club is the maximization of profits resulting from the practice of what can be described as finance capitalism, a system which rests upon the twin pillars of debt and monopoly. This isn't real capitalism. It is the road to economic concentration and to political slavery. 24

Interestingly, I had asked the Lord for confirmation that the interpretation was true, and oddly this speech by Senator Jesse Helms came to my attention after the interpretation to the vision had been written. Could Senator Helms have unwittingly and preemptively delivered America's ominous epitaph in this solemn warning to the people of the United States? In my mind, this speech confirms the vision as well as its interpretation as a prophetic utterance from our Lord.

 

It was suggested that the USA was God's client nation depicting the Philadelphian era of the church in Revelation 3:7-13. The era began in 1776. That was the year that two world changing events surfaced. In Europe a satanically inspired plot crafted by a small handful of men met in secret in Bavaria, Germany in the month of May to inaugurate a scheme to take control of the world. Their plot was subsequently discovered and their nefarious plans exposed, which delayed satan's tactics for a while. Looking at it from a distance, the Age of Enlightenment c.1800 revived satan's halted plan which originally began at the Tower of Babel. The devil has used man's inflated ego to become "little gods," in crafting humanism as the method by which he would eventually displace worship of the Almighty God to himself.

Because created beings with free will have a reluctance to yield to their Creator's will, it has been necessary for our Maker to curb men's potential in order to prevent total chaos and keep them from self-destructing. Men were originally created to have dominion over God's handiwork, and for this reason, they were given the potential to rule with great power and authority. In disobedience to God's will, Adam lost control of His Father's plush estate and was "cut off" from being trustee of His assets. Ever since the Garden of Eden incident, Satan has conspired to use man's restricted potential to re-establish his fallen spiritual kingdom. Lucifer, which means "light bearer" in Latin, is in the business of "enlightening" men for the purpose of helping them unshackle their bound potential in order to gain access to his stolen goods. In educating humans about their inherent capacities and prodding them on to conquer the unknown limits of their potential, men have been seduced into building satan's kingdom for him. They have chosen to ignore God's truth as outlined in the Bible and to walk the way of the world. Humanism, therefore, will be the ultimate cause of the end of civilization as we know it, the reason God has to recreate the cosmos. It will work.

The second event in 1776 was God's counter-plan to arrest satan's conspiracy to be worshipped. God will delay the devil's plans until the appointed time, in order to finish raising up His family. The Declaration of Independence by the colonies of the United States on July 4th was the vehicle God chose to put to a standstill the devil's plot. It has worked.
 

In representing the Republic of the United States, the tree was standing between the White House in Washington D.C. and the World Bank. It was protecting the U.S. from the rule of law of the international bankers who own half the world's wealth and want the rest. Ever since 1919 when the Council on Foreign Relations [CFR] was formed, after the colossal failure of the League of Nations, we have had a shadow government. Due to the U.S. Congress' alertness in assessing the League's potential to undermine American freedoms, it failed. Vigilance is the price of freedom. Yet vigilance cannot see in the shadows, therefore, God has repeatedly interdicted in our affairs and acted in a timely fashion to preserve us from subversion within. With God's help Congress has faithfully guarded United States citizens from enslavement to a world system that wants to strip her of her wealth, prosperity, and the favor of God. But her ability to remain free has diminished in proportion to the shadow government's ability to place their "point men" in the proper positions in government in Washington. Her choice to abandon God as her protectorate and seek political alliance with globalists has sealed her doom and will be the cause of her demise in God's own timing. A nation is blessed or cursed by its leader because he or she represents the nation's constituency and speaks for them whether for good or evil, and whatever decisions are made under his or her watch effects the whole populace. If a President declares war, the whole nation is at war. If a halt is declared, the nation is at peace. All the people suffer under a dictatorial tyrant whereas they are blessed under a benevolent monarch. It has been suggested that President Bush was the "point man" for the shadow government in America.

"If the hidden forces were to have any hope of establishing a one-world government, they would first have to gain control of the United States, and use its economic influence to lead the rest of the nations into the new order.

Only America, with its vast resources, was capable of putting the final pieces for a global system into place. It was the New York based international banks and American computer companies who made this automation and centralization of global banking possible; and it was our telecommunications companies who built the satellites needed to enforce a system of global government.

Only America was capable of producing the economic wealth necessary for the super-capitalists to buy up the world. Many countries and foreign merchants have become rich off of the enormous wealth of the United States, becoming loyal allies of the establishment that made this possible. As a result of this wealth, English has been the world's business language, and the U.S. dollar is the closest thing to a world currency.

A one-world government could not be accomplished through a perceived dictatorship. In order to be accepted, the New World Order would have to ride in on the back of what appeared to be a trusted democracy. America filled this description, being viewed as the world's greatest bastion of freedom - the last great hope of mankind..." 25

 

The "point men" in America are so numerous now that it is virtually impossible to know who they are. Our only hope to delay this utopian dream of the international power brokers is God. It only takes a few to quicken our Father's compassionate nature. We are riding on the heels of His love for America even now, and He has deferred judgment. He alone knows the limits of our stay of execution.

Lest anyone doubt the seriousness of the threat of global government and the extent of our seduction, let me remind you of the Y2K deception. It is gross error to think that we were spared economic and technological disaster because Christians prayed for God's mercy. The prayers probably helped a little but looking back now, "Europe, which is the richest continent on earth, did very little to prepare for Y2K. What was the result? Nothing! Russia, the world's largest country, did virtually nothing to prepare [for she had no money for it]. The impoverished African continent had no chance to do anything and what happened? Y2K had no effect. Isn't the result sufficient proof to expose the deception?" 26 [Parenthesis mine] Seduction through deception is the hallmark of a satanic subterfuge. Everything satan does is trickery based upon lies. The Y2K fiasco synchronized the USA's computer complexes so that they would be ready for the devil's day when he would be in control of the only populace who could give him trouble, Christian Americans. When the true church, the bride of Christ with the restraining Holy Spirit within her, is taken out of the way, then satan, with his computer satellites orchestrated to be able to lock in within a few feet to any spot on the face of the globe, has the means by which he thinks he can control the world. He won't. It will be a catastrophe on the way to happen. Nevertheless, Y2K has served its purpose.

 
 
 

Isa 18
18:1 Woe to the land shadowing with wings, which is beyond the rivers of Ethiopia:

[Woe is always a word of warning about coming judgment. Wherever this land is the Holy Spirit is passing judgment upon it. We are told it is beyond the rivers of Ethiopia, the farthermost known civilization in Israel's day. Ethiopia is south of Egypt, indicating that it is not in the direction of Israel. Since other nations have emblems of birds with extended wings producing large shadows besides the United State's, we must look further to pinpoint the people upon whom the Spirit is pronouncing judgment.]

2 That sendeth ambassadors by the sea, even in vessels of bulrushes upon the waters, saying, Go, ye swift messengers, to a nation scattered and peeled, to a people terrible from their beginning hitherto; a nation meted out and trodden down, whose land the rivers have spoiled!

[Prior to the age of flight, ambassadors from most nations traveled to their country of appointment by way of land. They either walked or were carried by animals. Can we determine where these ambassadors are going? Since Israel is germane to all prophecy in Scripture we can assume they are envoys to her. These reciprocal ambassadors travel to and from their destinations by way of boats {bulrushes} primarily, until "swift messengers" began traveling by air. The ambassadors are sent to a nation, not a continent and the nation is spoken of as broad {scattered} and highly developed {peeled}. There is no area in the U.S. that has not been "peeled" or stripped "spoiling" what's there.

The preamble to our Constitution begins with "We, the people..." demonstrating that although this nation is made up of many ethnic groups, the people have sovereignly governed it from its beginning through the electoral system. The Spirit also indicates that these people in the aggregate are awesomely resourceful, terrible, from their very inception. It is my belief that it is because the Almighty God, the Holy One of Israel has been her God for 200 years.

"Meted out" means measured and truly every square inch of the U.S. has been surveyed; and "trodden down" denotes the high volume of traffic of all sorts. Drive on any freeway and you can get the picture. America's greatness is tied to her economic blessings. Rivers are abundant and ideally dispersed. Areas void of a significant river are very few. Truly, shipping via rivers is what has made this nation great because commerce by water enhances the bottom line in profits. However, in so doing, America's land surface has been "spoiled." One definition of spoiled is to impair the value of something, i.e., to ruin. Another is to do harm to the character or nature of something. In line with this prophecy, America's pristine beauty has indeed been spoiled and cleaning up the environment from extensive pollution has been a burdensome task. 27]

3 All ye inhabitants of the world, and dwellers on the earth, see ye, when he lifteth up an ensign on the mountains; and when he bloweth a trumpet, hear ye.

[Notice that the pronouns in this prophecy refer to a masculine person blowing the trumpet. Keep in mind that everything in a prophetic utterance has meaning even though we might not understand it at present. Be patient. In due time, we shall know (all things) even as we are known [1 Corinthians 13:12]. When referring to countries in writing, the feminine gender is usually applied. Yet, the common symbol of America is a man - Uncle Sam. Is that a coincidence? Everyone agrees that when Uncle Sam speaks, people listen - "hear ye." America has been one of the strongest nations on earth since she was established and people know it; therefore, the American ensign (flag) among the world of nations has always commanded attention - "see ye."

The military buildup of President Reagan's watch was the main ingredient that broke up the USSR. The latter just could not keep up economically with the U.S. The USSR could hardly meet the basic needs of her people all the while she was building her military arsenal. This inevitably made the U.S. the strongest nation on earth at the breakup of the Soviet Union, which is why people have taken note when she speaks. The U.S. will continue to make a difference in the world until the UN finishes cutting its teeth and gets enough revenue via taxation authority to maintain her military "peacekeeping" army. Until this happens America is still riding on the inertia built up during the cold war years. Without God on her side, her virility will eventually be squeezed out by internationalism.]

4 For so the LORD said unto me, I will take my rest, and I will consider in my dwelling place like a clear heat upon herbs, and like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest.
 

[This verse tells us God is quietly sitting back in His easy chair watching until it's the right time to strike judgment. Like Psalm 2:4,5 explains, God is laughing in the heavens at the plots and schemes of men because He will soon have their maneuverings ridiculed with failure when He decides to exert His wrath and speak to them in His "sore displeasure." "Like a clear heat upon herbs" signifies God is contemplating how He will dispense judgment because herbs require dew and not hot heat from the sun. On the other hand, crops in the harvest don't want dew because it might cause them to mold or mildew. Both reinforce the coming judgment. But notice that He is taking His time, resting while He watches mankind's commercial enterprises get bigger and bigger before He makes His move. Remember the bigger the giant, the harder he falls.]

5 For afore the harvest, when the bud is perfect, and the sour grape is ripening in the flower, he shall both cut off the sprigs with pruning hooks, and take away and cut down the branches.

[Now comes the prophetic judgment. Afore the harvest means that the produce never came to complete ripeness, the harvest never materialized. The crops were lost because they were cut off prior to maturity of the fruit. Pruning is done after the harvest is brought in, not while the bud is still on the vine. This designates that the U.S. will be judged at the height of her prowess and economic prosperity. But notice that the pronoun "he" refers to someone other than God who does the pruning and that God is resting in heaven contemplating when He will send His "battle axe" to do the pruning. Babylon was termed in the Old Testament God's battle axe whom He sent to punish the Jews when they would not repent from their backslidden condition [Jeremiah 51:20]. Since the last World Empire is called Babylon in Revelation 14:8 and 18:10 among other places, it is no wonder that God associates the last part of this vision with Babylon. Babylon figured large in God's disciplinary plans for His client nation of Israel in the Old Testament, and the revived Babylonian idolatrous system will also participate in His discipline of His client nation of the USA.

6 They shall be left together unto the fowls of the mountains, and to the beasts of the earth: and the fowls shall summer upon them, and all the beasts of the earth shall winter upon them.

[A few Bible teachers believe that "they shall be left together" speaks of a remnant that comes through the devastating judgment. I am inclined to agree with them. Perhaps it is because I do not like to have to report about American's demise as a nation, and this is a consolation of a sorts - especially for the few people who make it through the Tribulation. In other words, there is hope that some Americans will survive to become the sheep who repopulate the Millennium. According to this verse, however, the people who get killed will not even be buried because there will be such a colossal devastation of judgment.]

7 In that time shall the present be brought unto the LORD of hosts of a people scattered and peeled, and from a people terrible from their beginning hitherto; a nation meted out and trodden under foot, whose land the rivers have spoiled, to the place of the name of the LORD of hosts, the mount Zion.

[The phrase "in that time" is what gives the impression that this passage is referring to the United States of America. It is the phrase used repeatedly in Scripture to reference God's judgment in the Tribulation, which is nigh at hand today and not in Isaiah's day. Since Prophecy often has dual applications, a close one and a far one, I believe this is the case. Many Bible expositors say this prophecy is about the Assyrian Army's defeat in the invasion of Israel. This could be the near view. The Assyrians decimated the ten northern tribes of Israel, but they met their end when the Angel of the Lord by Himself killed 185,000 soldiers destroying their army [Isaiah 37:36]. All but a handful were left for the birds of prey and animals to feast on for the winter. On the other hand, the prophecy also fits the land of the United States and could be a warning of her coming judgment. Her rejection of the love of the truth, Bible principles, is rejection of the means by which she became great.

After the Tribulation is over and the Millennium begins, all nations that survive will be required to bring a present unto the Lord in Jerusalem according to Zechariah 14:17,18. The nations that do not will be punished by receiving no rain on their land. According to this verse, the people terrible from the beginning hitherto, from a nation meted out and trodden under foot, whose land the rivers have spoiled will bring a present. The vision alludes to this by virtue of the fact that the trunk of the tree was left intact in the ground. Its roots did not pull it out. From this, I take it that she will survive the coming judgment via a baptism of fire but will never recover her elevated position in the world again. This place is reserved for God's wife on earth, the Jews.]

Jeannette has not received this vision to judge America herself nor have I received its interpretation for that purpose. The above passage of Scripture is God's judgment on the land beyond Ethiopia. I believe that this land is a reference to the United States of America. The details are graphically illustrative of our history. Being holy and just, God cannot allow sin to go unpunished without repentance. Because there is a spiritual revival sweeping across the land even in the workplace, God is staying judgment. At the same time there is also a deepening of flagrant sin be it on the Internet, television, printed matter, or in government. While the light is getting brighter, the dark is getting darker, and God's threshold of the tolerance of sin is known only to Him. All we can do is report what we have been given and the Word of God to which it applies. It is the reader's responsibility to decide whether or not the burden will come to fruition in his/her lifetime, or at a later date. I hope that enough people will start repenting and praying for America and the judgment stayed, as was the case with Ninevah. [Read the book of Jonah.] If Israel did not escape God's wrath on her sins after repeated warnings and became dispersed and unprotected by Him, America can expect no difference because one of the strongest of teachings in the Bible is that God is no respecter of persons. Is there hope?

Rom 11:20-24

20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:

21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.

22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.

23 And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in: for God is able to graff them in again.

24 For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree?

In verse 20 above we are warned by analogy about becoming prideful that we Americans as God's chosen client nation for 200 years have been prospered beyond comprehension. God chose Israel to be the vessel through which He would reveal Himself to the world before the Messiah came. He needed a sanctified vessel in which He could deposit His written Word and through whom the living Word could come. He raised up the nation of Israel for that purpose. Americans must realize that they were likewise a chosen nation through which God would evangelize the world. The application is that if God spared not the natural branches, (Israel), He certainly won't spare grafted in wild branches (America) if they become prideful, fruitless, or produce sour grapes [verse 21].

In verse 22 we witness God's Holiness and Sovereignty. No one is exempted from His sovereign commands and requirements. God is the summun bonum of goodness. Without God's favor, which is available to all, the opposite of goodness obtains. If we abandon God, we are "cut off" from the source of light and life. Hence, there is no hope of recovering. When we take our last breath, we are either in touch with God's life or we are still cut off and hence lost forever because once the line is severed at the point of the first known sin, steps must be taken to repair the life line. Have you taken those steps and received Jesus who is that lifeline? (T)he promise of life...is in Christ Jesus" according to the Bible [2 Timothy 1:1].

1 John 5:11-12

11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

Praise God for verse 23 in Romans 11. This is the place we receive hope that America's destiny can be changed. By sharing in Israel's blessings through Jesus [Galatians 3:29], the implication is that we do have hope. "If they (Israel and Christians) abide not still in unbelief (abandoning God and His truth as the ultimate authority and not men), they shall be grafted in; for God is able to graff them in again." Wow, what a promise. Pardon my enthusiasm but I've been waiting to get to this place in writing. There is hope because even though we are "cut off" now, the door is not locked yet, and God is able to graft us back into His program as His client nation. He can set the tree back upon its stump in the same manner Jesus placed the soldier's ear back on his head after Peter unwisely and impulsively cut it off.

"The Lord bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect" [Psalms 33:10]. This is a promise we can use in prayer. With it we can pray God's Word, which He watches over to perform [Jeremiah 1:12]. He watches over it to see that it doesn't go unfulfilled. But it all depends upon the people of the United States. We must humble ourselves and repent and turn from our wicked ways [2 Chronicles 7:14]. Then God will hear and perform His Word in Psalms 33:10. Ask the Father to place a burden on your heart to intercede for the United States if you don't have one, for without her influence the "new world order" is assured. Only God is able to prevent wars, or stop an economic collapse, or thwart a depression of the magnitude it takes to set up a system of global government. His mercy is beyond comprehension whenever people run to Him. Like the prodigal son, when His children run to Him, He responds and runs to meet them. Throughout the Scriptures, we are taught that God responds in like kind to people's behavior. Whoever honors God, He honors; whoever despises Him, He despises.

Matt 10:32-33

32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.

33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.

Having abandoned God's Ten Commandments in the public forums of the United States means that God is about ready to abandon us. Nevertheless, God is ready at all times to run to meet us when we run to Him. All He wants is repentance and acknowledgment that He is God. Because He is so good and long-suffering, let's do our part in staving off judgment. Nineveh repented and it preserved them for 150 more years. We can have more years too if we take heed to God's Word and love its truth. So, there is hope - until the "set time...when the fullness of the time is come" [Psalms 102:13; Daniel 11:27,29,35 with Galatians 4:4].
